Recreational Level 1 (Saturday 9.00-9.45am)

· Approximate ages 3-5yrs

· We attempt to bridge that gap between the child that has physically and socially grown out of the pre-school program. Classes are for all levels of ability and commitment. Girls and boys. We will be providing children with a fun approach to the learning of the basics in gymnastics. Utilizing our floor, vault, balance beam, parallel bars and inflatable air track. At J’amies we will be using British Gymnastics’ proficiency reward scheme of badges and certificates.

Recreational Level 2 (Saturday 9.45-10.30am)

· Approximate ages 6-8yrs

· This stage involves an area of basic specialization within the learning of multilateral physical preparation and basic skill/element acquisition.

Recreational Level 3 (Saturday 10.30-11.15am)

· Approximate ages 9-15yrs

· This is an area that involves specialized physical preparation and the acquisition of more advanced core skills
